While at the African Fabric Market, I just had to intention the fabric as a Protection crown.
Printed with blue etched in gold glitter, this satin lined crown is inspired by the Nazar Talisman, an ancient protection symbol used to ward off the evil eye, bad luck, malevolent energies and badmind.
Covering one's head is a sacred art of energetic protection, what we created with this beautiful pattern takes it up a notch.
*Disclaimer: The printed fabric is a little more stiff and not as soft on the outside as our other ankara prints; due to the decorative painted glitter detail. It may soften after the first gentle hand wash.
